Accidental
Death and Dismemberment |
In addition to the amount payable for life insurance, an additional benefit is available for the participant if death or dismemberment is caused by an accident. The full AD&D benefit of $30,000 is paid for loss of life. |

Death in Auto Accident |
Under Accidental Death, if the participant died in an auto accident and it was determined that a seatbelt was worn, an additional $10,000 is paid. |
