Dependent Audit Deadline Has Passed

The Board of Trustees hired Secova, a company that specializes in dependent verification audits, to conduct an independent audit of the Carpenters Health and Security Plan dependent eligibility. This process was designed to identify individuals who do not qualify as dependents in this plan.

The deadline for submitting dependent documents to Secova was April 8, 2013. If you did not complete the audit process or you did not respond at all, please contact Participant Services at Carpenters Trusts in Seattle immediately. We can help you get your dependents verified before the final termination date of April 30, 2013. If we do not hear from you and/or get the appropriate documentation, your dependent(s) will be terminated from the plan on April 30 and no claims can be paid for dates of service after that date. A letter confirming any dependent(s) termination was mailed to you from Secova today.
