Summary Plan Description


Once your membership card has been returned to Qualstar Credit Union, you can make withdrawals from your account as often as you like. Your account is available 24 hours a day, as follows:

  • Visit a Qualstar branch location to make a withdrawal in person.
  • Call 1-800-848-0018 to request a check to be mailed to the address on your account.
  • Sign in to Home Banking to request a check (under "Self Service") to be mailed to the address on your account.
  • Use your Check Card for ATM withdrawals, point-of-sale (PIN) purchases or signature purchases where Visa is accepted.
  • Order personal checks.

The monthly service fee is waived on your Vacation Fund Account if you are signed up for eStatements or if one of the following applies to your account: 1) an account balance of $250 is maintained at all times; or 2) the member has an open loan; or 3) the account has no activity within the month; or 4) the member is 60 years of age and older. If your account does not meet the above criteria, a monthly service fee is charged.

There is no service charge for using ATMs at Qualstar branches. In addition, Qualstar is a member of the Co-Op Network, which allows you to use nearly 30,000 ATMs throughout the United States and Canada with a service charge. Just keep in mind that you may be charged a nominal fee if your ATM withdrawals exceed the number of allowed ATM withdrawals in a given month.

Qualstar will send you a monthly statement showing your account activity. You can also use Home Banking or Mobile Banking to check your account balance(s) and transaction history.
