Participants, Please Review Your Dependent Information

Participants are being notified by mail this week that it is once again time to verify information about dependents covered by the Carpenters Health and Security Plan. This is an annual requirement from the Board of Trustees. If the dependent(s) listed on your notice currently satisfy the eligibility requirements of the Carpenters Health and Security Plan, no action is required. However, if one or more dependents do not satisfy eligibility requirements, or if there is a dependent not listed who should be enrolled in the plan, or if any information on the notice is incorrect, please contact Participant Services at Carpenters Trusts immediately: (800) 552-0635.
