4Q2020 Statements Available on Member Portal

Benefit statements for the fourth quarter of 2020 are now available on Member Portal. For security reasons, participants, retirees and beneficiaries must create a username and password to see their benefit information online.

Are you registered to use Member Portal? If so, log in and click My Documents to access your statement. Otherwise, click to register. It will take only a few minutes.

If you are satisfied receiving a paperless statement and want to discontinue mail delivery, please agree to eCommunications during registration. (Already registered? Click the My Profile tab to change your preference to eCommunications.) Remember, you can request a printed copy of any statement anytime at no charge by calling Carpenters Trusts during regular business hours (8-5 PST, Monday-Friday).

Member Portal is more than a place to download quarterly statements and medical EOBs. Work history is updated daily with hours and contributions recorded since your last statement. There’s a Dollar Bank Calculator to forecast eligibility beyond what is shown on your last statement.

Speaking of forecasting, Member Portal also features a Pension Calculator. It provides a snapshot of where you are now and lets you model future scenarios by changing your retirement date, annual hours, hourly 401(k) contribution, and annual investment return.
