Frequently Asked Questions
Feel free to contact Employer Labor Services if you have a question not listed below or want a more thorough answer. We're here to help.
- "Can the trust office provide a statement verifying benefits are paid through (current month)?"
Yes; however, we ask that the request be made in writing. See Remitting Payment for information required to process your request. Your account must be current before we issue an affidavit. - "Can the trust office send an affidavit monthly?"
No. If you need a release every month, you will need to send the request every month. - "Can I request status of another employer's account?"
Our online Employer Status Report can provide information about an employer's reports and remittances. The Employer Status Report shows the latest work period reported by the employer and indicates whether the employer owes unpaid benefit contributions. It can also tell you whether the employer has been referred to a collection service. The Employer Status Report is updated every business day and reflects work processed by the trust office on the previous workday. Click here for more information.
