Limitations and Exclusions 

Benefits are not provided for:

  1. Any period in which you are not under the continuous care of the attending physician.
  2. Any day on which you are performing work of any kind for wage or profit.
  3. Any participant who has been granted a Social Security disability award or who is eligible for a wage continuation program such as, but not limited to, sick leave benefits.
  4. Any participant who receives a pension benefit from any retirement plan.
  5. Any occupational injury or illness, regardless of whether a claim was filed under state workers compensation law.
  6. Any disability excluded under General Limitations and Exclusions or any other provision of this plan.
